Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Gold Spectrum / Smoky Grass Station, we ship responsibly and in compliance with federal and state laws governing hemp-derived products. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.

1) Age & ID Verification

Purchases are restricted to adults 21+. We may verify your age at checkout and/or require Adult Signature (21+) at delivery. If an adult is unavailable to sign, the carrier may attempt redelivery; associated fees are your responsibility. USPS FAQs+1

2) Where We Ship

We ship within the United States to jurisdictions where hemp-derived products are lawful. We do not ship to locations on our State Restrictions List (updated as laws change). Orders refused, returned, seized, or delayed due to local restrictions are not eligible for refunds or reshipments. Note: several states and localities have tightened or banned “intoxicating hemp” sales—always confirm local legality before ordering. Governor of California+1

3) Shipping Methods (and Vapes/ENDS)

  • Hemp products (non-ENDS): We use common parcel carriers. USPS allows domestic mailing of legal hemp if federal/state rules are met and records are retained (see §7). USPS+1

  • Vapes/ENDS (any vapor device/liquid, with or without nicotine): We do not ship to consumers. USPS prohibits ENDS to consumers under the PACT Act rule, and major private carriers (UPS/FedEx) also prohibit vape shipments. If your cart includes a vapor device, it will be removed/canceled. PO Boxes: Some options (e.g., Adult Signature) are unavailable for PO Boxes; choose a street address when required.

4) Processing & Dispatch Times

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). If we cannot ship as promised, we will either (a) obtain your consent to a new ship date or (b) issue a prompt refund, consistent with the FTC Mail/Internet/Telephone Order Rule. 5) Rates, Transit, and Tracking

Shipping options and real-time rates are shown at checkout. You’ll receive tracking by email once your label is created. Transit estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guarantees (weather, peak volume, and carrier disruptions may affect timing).

6) Delivery, Risk of Loss & Address Accuracy

  • Risk of loss transfers when the carrier takes possession. We aren’t responsible for delays due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses, missed Adult Signature, theft after delivery (porch piracy), or carrier exceptions.

  • If a package is marked Delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier. File a carrier claim if needed; we’ll assist where possible.

  • Address corrections or intercepts may incur carrier fees.

7) Compliance Documentation (Hemp)

We maintain records (e.g., COAs, licenses, test results) demonstrating compliance with federal and state law for mailable hemp products, as required by USPS Publication 52. (Merchants are required to retain records for 3 years from mailing.) USPS

8) Damages, Missing Items, & Carrier Claims

Inspect your order upon delivery. For damaged items or short shipments, contact marketing@goldspectrumcbd.com within 72 hours with your order number, photos of the packaging and product (including lot/QR if applicable). We’ll evaluate and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.

9) Returns & Refusals

Please review our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility. Opened consumables cannot be returned. If a shipment is refused or returned due to age verification failure, incorrect address, or local restrictions, outbound and return shipping charges (and any carrier fees) may be deducted from any refund, if applicable.

10) Preorders & Backorders

For items offered as preorder/backorder, the product page will show an estimated ship window. If the date changes, we’ll notify you and obtain your consent to the delay or issue a refund consistent with the FTC rule. Federal Trade Commission

11) Force Majeure

We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier network outages, severe weather, natural disasters, regulatory actions).
