Refund policy

At Gold Spectrum / Smoky Grass Station, we stand behind the quality of our hemp-derived products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Because our products are consumable and subject to strict health and compliance regulations, we handle returns and refunds with great care to protect both our customers and our business.

1. General Policy

All sales are considered final once opened or used.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange for eligible items (see below).
To qualify, products must remain sealed, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these requirements or that violates applicable hemp and cannabinoid regulations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded once opened or unsealed, regardless of use:

  • Hemp or THCa flower and pre-rolls

  • Edibles, gummies, and beverages

  • Concentrates, wax, and extracts

  • Vape devices, cartridges, and disposables

  • Tinctures and topicals that have been opened

  • Any item missing its original tamper-evident seal

Opened consumables cannot be restocked or resold in compliance with FDA, USPS, and state health laws.

3. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product, strength, or flavor.

  • The item was damaged during shipping (photo proof required within 72 hours of delivery).

  • A defective or non-functioning device (e.g., battery failure, leaking cartridge).

Before sending anything back, please contact us at marketing@goldspectrumcbd.com with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
Our team will confirm eligibility and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and prepaid return label if approved.

4. Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

  • If a prepaid label is provided, the cost will be deducted from any refund issued.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. Gold Spectrum is not responsible for lost, damaged, or confiscated returns.

  • We cannot refund or replace packages seized or delayed due to state or local restrictions on hemp-derived products.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We’ll email confirmation that we’ve received your item.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

  3. Funds will be applied to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, contact your card issuer or bank first, then reach us at marketing@goldspectrumcbd.com.

6. State Compliance Notice

Our hemp-derived products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and Tennessee law (less than 0.3% Ξ”9 THC by dry weight).
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that hemp or cannabinoid products are lawful in their jurisdiction before ordering.
We cannot issue refunds for orders returned, seized, or denied delivery due to local restrictions.

7. Age & Verification

By purchasing from our site, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order that fails age or identity verification.

8. Legal & Health Disclaimers

  • These products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • California Proposition 65 Warning: This product may expose you to Ξ”9-THC and other chemicals known to the State of California to cause reproductive harm.

  • Do not consume if pregnant, nursing, or operating heavy machinery. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
