1. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be 21 years of age or older to access or purchase from this Site. By using our Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Legal Compliance

All products sold are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable state laws, containing less than 0.3% Δ9 THC by dry weight.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that hemp-derived products are lawful in your jurisdiction before purchasing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order shipped to a location where hemp-derived cannabinoids are restricted or prohibited.

3. Online Store & Account Terms

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides our e-commerce platform.
You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not transmit viruses or malicious code. A violation of these Terms will result in immediate termination of service.

4. Products, Pricing, & Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be limited by region or quantity. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.
Images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only—actual product appearance or packaging may vary.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within the United States to jurisdictions where hemp-derived products are permitted.

  • Adult Signature (21+) may be required upon delivery for any product containing cannabinoids.

  • We are not responsible for packages delayed, seized, or returned due to local restrictions, incorrect addresses, or refusal of delivery.

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon carrier acceptance.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales of consumable hemp products are final once opened.
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items, per our Return & Refund Policy.
You agree to inspect shipments promptly and contact us within 72 hours of delivery if an item is damaged or defective.

7. Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include limits on quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
You agree to provide accurate, current billing and contact information.

8. Promotions, Discounts & Giveaways

Promotional offers may be subject to additional rules displayed at the time of the offer.
All giveaways, sweepstakes, or contests (including “Big Game Giveaway” and similar promotions) are void where prohibited and open only to U.S. residents aged 21 or older.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.

13. Medical & Legal Disclaimers

  • These products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

16. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Washington County, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
